Our Staff

Jeb Boyd, founder of Arc2Arc, has been teaching and coaching skiing professionally for over 20 years.  He is currently a second term member of PSIA's National Alpine Team and serves as the Head Coach for PSIA's Eastern Division Board of Examiners.  When not working with Arc2Arc, Jeb works as a staff trainer at Cannon Mountain in Franconia, NH.  In the summer, Jeb is the General Manager of New England's fastest growing waterpark - The Whale's Tale and is also a Board of Director for the World Waterpark Association.

Kathy Brennan has been teaching and coaching professionally for over 20 years. She is an Alpine Examiner for PSIA's Eastern Division as well as a member of the Eastern Division's Alpine Team, a Divisional Clinic Leader coach and a Masterfit Certified bootfitter. In 2002 she was named to Ski Magazine's Top 100 Ski Instructors. When not coaching for Arc2Arc or PSIA, Kathy is the Technical Director at Waterville Valley ski area, NH. In the summer, she is the Systems and Communications Director and certified lifeguard for the Whale's Tale Waterpark.

Matt Boyd has been teaching and coaching professionally for nearly 20 years.  In 2008 he was named to PSIA's elite National Alpine Team. He is also Alpine Examiner in the PSIA's Eastern Division and their Development Team coach. When not coaching for Arc2Arc or PSIA, he works as a staff trainer and instructor at Cannon Mountain, NH. In the summer, Matt is the Operations Director at the Whale's Tale Waterpark and is an Ellis Certified Lifeguard instructor.

Eric Lipton is a current member of the PSIA National Alpine Team and PSIA's Eastern Division Education Staff. Eric has spent summers coaching ski racing at Mt. Hood, OR as well as teaching in South America in Portillo, Chile. When not coaching for Arc2Arc or PSIA, Eric works as a staff trainer and instructor at Blue Mt, PA and Beaver Creek, CO. Apart from skiing, Eric operates his family's furniture business in northeast Pennsylvania.

Sue Kramer is an examiner with the eastern division of PSIA as well as a member of the Eastern Alpine Team. She is a J4 coach and is also an alpine trainer for the Bromley and Stratton Ski and Snowboard Schools. In 2009 she was the gold medal winner at the national NASTAR championships at Steamboat Colorado. She was a candidate for the PSIA national alpine team selection in 2008 at Mammoth California. Sue is also a traveling ski coach with We-Xplore, an outdoor adventure company. In her spare time, she is working towards a Master’s degree in Kinesiology.

Matt Erickson is an examiner with the eastern division of PSIA as well as a member of the Eastern Alpine Team. In addition he is a race coach for Gould Academy. In 2008, he competed for a spot on the PSIA national alpine team at Mammoth California.
